Under the H2020 scheme, the SME Instrument is an initiative dedicated exclusively to innovative SMEs. It provides support for SMEs that are looking to launch a project in three stages: from the feasibility study, to the development of a collaborative project, to the final product launch. It is targeted towards innovative product ideas, which have the possibility of being launched on the market within a short timespan (2 – 3 years).
Environment Park, also as part of the Innovation Pole, provides support for SMEs in the participation in SME calls for tenders for Horizon 2020, assisting them in the development of project ideas, the presentation of their application, carrying out research and innovation activities and finance management.
It is an open call for tenders (first come, first served), with the first presentation deadline set for May 2014.
